Privacy of publication enquiries
Published October 2026
These pages present information about a closed 2022 election campaign registration. They do not offer a current campaign account or a commercial service. This notice concerns browsing the publication and preparing a message about its content. It distinguishes the public historical identity from information a visitor might choose to place in a new enquiry.
1. A historical identity in public information
The About record identifies ELEICAO 2022 FERNANDO JOSE DE SOUZA MARANGONI DEPUTADO FEDERAL and its closed cadastral status, BAIXADA. The address appears as supplied for that record. Those facts do not establish a present operating company or a current public-office service. Questions concerning the publication can be prepared for [email protected]. A displayed email draft route does not establish the existence of an active campaign organization or revive a closed registration.
2. Connection information when reading
Viewing a page sends requests from your browser to the services delivering the publication. These requests can disclose connection information such as the IP address, resource path, browser headers and time. Cloudflare provides the public network and security layer and cPanel hosting serves the files. That technical processing occurs separately from typing a publication question. There is no reader account, login requirement, electoral membership facility or online donation profile in the authored pages.
3. Public record and a reader’s message
The company identity displayed in the historical record is different from personal information newly supplied by a visitor. The enquiry fields ask for name, email and a message, with an optional organization or company field for context. They are not intended to gather political preferences, party membership, electoral identifiers or documents about another person. A correction question can usually identify a page and the information concerned without disclosing those additional categories.
4. Local preparation of the enquiry
The preview control validates the entries and constructs the draft inside the browser page. The form has no server submission destination beyond its mailto action and does not send a message to an enquiry backend. A preview can be inspected, edited or cleared before any separate communication. Its presence does not show that a former campaign, a politician or a current office has received the text. Consider who can see your device while the draft is displayed.
5. Choosing an email application
The next link passes a recipient, subject and body to the email application selected on your device. You control the decision to send from that application. The application may store a draft and apply its own security, retention or account settings. These are independent of the page’s local preview. A successful opening of an application is not evidence of delivery, an acknowledgement or the identity of anyone who may later read a sent communication.
6. Correspondence that leaves your device
When you actually send a message, the email recipients and providers in its delivery path can obtain its contents, sender information and connection metadata. A question about publication may then be considered as correspondence concerning that issue. It should not be treated as consent to political outreach merely because the historical subject is electoral. The authored website does not operate a mailing-list signup, canvassing database or preference survey through its contact fields.
7. Information to omit
Do not submit voting intentions, membership records, a voter registration number, a copy of an identity document or private material about another person through a general publication enquiry. Such material is not needed to identify an ordinary page correction. If an issue appears to require additional evidence, first establish the intended recipient and an appropriate exchange method. The existence of a form is not authority to circulate sensitive political information or official records indiscriminately.
8. Browser persistence and separate copies
The authored code uses neither cookies nor localStorage to retain enquiry values. It keeps the preview in the current page rather than a reader database. Your browser can nevertheless offer autofill, history or session restoration, and an email application may save its own copy. Clearing the web form does not erase a draft already opened elsewhere. On a shared device, review the applications and records that you control before leaving the session.
9. Features absent from the publication flow
There are no embedded social feeds, maps, donation widgets or marketing analytics libraries in the authored pages. Network providers still process traffic for delivery and security, and may maintain their own technical records. The form does not enroll a visitor in a party, petition or campaign. Any independent service invoked through the device, including email, has its own operation. This notice describes the publication’s visible functions rather than asserting control over every provider-side process.
10. Retention and security context
No internal retention schedule for later correspondence is established here. Ask about information you have actually sent, the purpose connected to it and relevant handling considerations. The HTTPS address protects the website connection in transit but does not turn a publication enquiry into an official confidential communication channel. No absolute security guarantee is given. Information that has not left your browser or email draft should be considered in relation to the applications holding that information.
11. Requesting clarification or a correction
Identify the relevant page, statement and reason for a privacy or correction request. Provide sufficient context without repeating unnecessary personal information. A request may need to be considered in light of its connection to the information and applicable duties. This notice does not remove rights under applicable data protection requirements or access to a competent authority. Matters involving an independent email account may require action with that provider rather than an assumption about the historical entity.
12. Readers, minors and revisions
The pages are an informational publication and do not create an account for a child or ask for children’s data. Keep information about children out of general correspondence. A concern about material supplied unintentionally can be raised without circulating that material again. Changes to the publication’s functions can require changes to this notice. None of those changes turns the closed 2022 registration into an active company or establishes that a present office operates the contact route.
